Delivery & Return

As of now, we are printing to order to waste as little material as possible. That’s why we would need some time for production and delivery time. Depending on our production and your location, you can get your order within three days or 2-3 weeks. So, only place your order if you're comfortable with the waiting time.

You'll be able to cancel your order at any time before your order is packed and shipped by contacting our Wagon Crew on our IG or email at hello@wagonofficial.com.

TRACK YOUR ORDER:

All orders are shipped with tracking. The moment your order ships you start receiving e-mail updates from our crew informing you of the tracking number and the whereabouts of your order.

Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses.

RETURNS:

All clothings must be returned unworn, in a 100% resealable condition with no damage.

We have the rights to reject any returns that doesn't meet our return policy.
 

EXCHANGES:

  • We do not offer exchanges at the moment.

  • Any item(s) purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be returned for a refund. If we receive an unapproved returned sale or discounted item, no refund will be issued.
